Maintenance/Upgrade Insurance: Available for 1 year or 2 year terms - varies by product. Must be purchased at the time of the license. Not required but offers downgrade rights, upgrade assurance, and tech support. For downgrade rights, the end user must contact Corel directly after their purchase to obtain downgrade information.
Renewal Requirements: Proof of Licenses Required in the form of a previous Corel Sales Order Number (SO#). Renewals must be done prior to expiration.

Concurrent Licenes Available: Corel licensing titles do have capability to be installed on Network Servers, though not concurrently.
Home Use Rights: Only available for Hi-Ed/District Licenses with the purchase of maintenance - No cap on take home rights quantity but is limited to students and faculty only. This is called the Student & Faculty Purchase Program. To obtain Home-Use Rights, the school needs to contact Corel directly.

Products Available: K-12 and Higher Education schools have one easy option for most titles - the HiEd/Dist License.
Installation: The minimum license quantity per order is 1000. The total quantity of all machines/seats at either the District Level or High-Ed level are used for the amount of licenses needed. Example: If a school has 1200 machines, they would need to purchase 1200 licenses.
Maintenance: Purchased in conjunction with your product license. Maintenance is designed to be the flexible, cost-effective route to software support, upgrade protection, downgrade rights two versions back, and is multi-lingual. Note: Maintenance is optional and is only available within 30 days of the time of purchase.
