I just ordered Microsoft Office or Adobe downloadable software. How do I download it? |
After you place your order, you will immediately receive an Order Confirmation email. Within 24 hours after placing your order you will receive an additional email that will include your download link and Product Key.

I'm being asked to enter my Verification Code. How do I get the Verification Code? |
After you provide your school email address during the verification stage, you should receive an email from Microsoft that contains a link. Click on this link and this should complete the verification process. If you did not receive this email from Microsoft, you can contact Microsoft and request your Verification Code. http://www.getmicrosoftkey.com/home/support and click on Customer Support to start a live chat session with Microsoft support. Provide them your Product Key (that we provided you after your purchase) and let them know that you have not received your Verification Code. They will be able to provide your your Verification Code and walk you through the remaining steps in downloading your software.
Note: The Verification code is different than the Product Key that we provided you. The Verification Code is provided directly by Microsoft, ThinkEDU does not have your Verification Code.

I downloaded my Microsoft Office 365 University software and when I open an Office application such as Word, it asks me to enter my Product Key. When I enter it, it gives me a Invalid Product Key message. |
Quit any Office applications you have open. Then open any Office application such as Word. You will be prompted to either enter your Product Key or log-in to your Microsoft Office Subscription account. Select the second option, and login to the Microsoft Account that you created at the very first step of the download process. You will log in using the email address and password you used when creating your Microsoft account. Once done, you will be able to use your Office software. If you can't log into your Microsoft account, make sure you are using the correct email address and passwordt hat you used in creating your Microsoft account (not the email provided during academic verification). If you cannot log-in, you will need to contact Microsoft Support. ThinkEDU has not access to your Microsoft Account.

I got a new computer or I have a problem with my current computer and need to download my Microsoft Office software again. How do I do this? |
You just need to log-into your Microsoft Account that you created after you purchased this software. Once logged in to your account, you will be able to download your software. To log-in to your Microsoft account visit: http://www.office.com/myaccount

I get a message that Microsoft Office 365 is not compatible with my operating system. |
Microsoft Office 365 requires Windows 7 or Windows 8 or Mac OS X 6.0 or higher. This is stated on the software description, as well as the system requirements. You will need to either upgrade your operating system or install on a computer with a compatible operating system. Unfortunately this product is non-refundable as stated in the product description.

Will I be getting a DVD in the mail? |
No. This is a download product only. If you have the need to re-install the software, simply log into your Microsoft or Adobe account and you will be able to download again.

I ordered an Adobe download product and I havent received the email with the download link? |
Adobe emails that include your download information are sent from ESDAdmin.NoReply@visionmaxretail.com. Look for an email send from this email address and also check your spam folder. If you did not receive it within 15-20 minutes after placing your order, email us at orders@thinkEDU.com with your order number and we will have the email re-sent.

I ordered an Adobe product and the Product Key doesn't work. I can't use the software I installed from a DVD or download. |
You need to do the academic verification stage to get your Serial Number that the software requires so it will work. Box copies include an insert with verification instructions and downloads have verification instructions in the download mail. You simply need to visit: http://www.identit-e.com/adobe. Follow the instructions and your serial number will be emailed to you once you are successfully verified. |
Can I cancel my order? |
If you purchased a download product, you can not cancel your order as these products are non-refundable. If for some reason you want to cancel your order that is being shipped to you (i.e. DVD Box Product), send us an email by clicking here. Keep in mind that we may have already shipped your order. If so, you will need to return the product using the guidelines found under returns.
