I am very pleased with my purchase. The MacBook looks brand new and so far everything works very well!! It did take several days to ship my order and I was very impatient with that but shipped within 5 business days as promised per customer service and arrived in 2 days once shipped. However, the advertising lists "w/ Office" but this is not Microsoft Office as I assumed it would be. The program is very similar to Microsoft Office but is not Microsoft and this is the only reason I did not give 5 stars.

The computer itself is fine. Not updated at all so I needed to do that. The offer was for office 360 to be free. This is. It the case as it was not even loaded onto it. I will have to buy a subscription. That part was disappointing

The functionality of the MacBook is very good. Booted right up and installed everything quickly. I was a little disappointed in the overall appearance, as it had some decent scratches and a sizable ding in the upper left side of the case. BUT remember, it is reconditioned. I’ll take the blemishes and pocket the $700 discount. Overall, I am very happy with the product. Beware, it only comes with the travel charger and not the entire brick.

I am very happy I decided to purchase this refurbished MacBook Air. It has been an enormous upgrade from the Chromebook I was using before, and seamlessly runs all programs I need for my college classes (Microsoft Office, lockdown browser, other java programs). I was nervous about buying it at first because I couldn't see the exact condition of the model I would be getting and I am very picky about using refurbished items but it was been wonderful. Only minor cosmetic issues around the ports but not anything that I can visually notice while using the computer, and all ports have worked perfectly so far. Now I just need to buy the proper Thunderbolt Display port adapter....
