9/17/2015 – does this product works with win 10? if it does not where can i find microsoft office that is compatible with win 10

1/30/2014 – I am currently a college student, but will be graduating next year. Will I lose the 4 year subscription when I graduate? Do you have to provide enrollment verification every semester?

Response From ThinkEDU.com: This product is yours for 4 years, even if you graduate. You only have to provide academic verification when you purchase the product.

12/2/2013 – I just ordered a new computer and I won't get it for a week. Can I buy it now but use it on my new computer when I get it? The laptop I am on is barely usable and I don't want to waste my money.

10/25/2013 – If you downloaded the software only once, can you download the second time at a later date? What is the time frame for the second download?

Response From ThinkEDU.com: There is no time frame, other that you download during the duration of your 4 year subscription period. To download to another computer or if you need to re-download, simply log-in to your Microsoft Account.

6/12/2013 – I just graduated from high school and am going to be attending college in the fall. Can I buy Office 365 University now or do I have to wait until I am in college?

Response From ThinkEDU.com: Great question! Microsoft definitely wants recent high school grads/future college students to be able to buy Office 365 University and get installed and activated before they arrive on campus.

To do this it does require the user to take a different verification path on the Microsoft verification site, or to make a call to MS support: 800-642-7676. They can't verify on the basis of the university email address, which the student may not have yet. But an acceptance letter can be used.
